PharmaConex, Ireland’s leading and longest-established specialist Pharmacy Recruitment Agency, is expanding its team. We are seeking a Healthcare Locum Coordinator in Dublin to support our continued growth.
This is a hybrid, permanent role, with hours ranging from 24 to 30 per week. Flexibility for shift work, late nights, and weekends is essential.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Individual and Team Targets:
- Meet monthly individual and locum team targets.
- Notify management if targets may not be met and propose strategies to overcome shortfalls.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Maintain an up-to-date roster of locum pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare staff.
- Coordinate and schedule locum staff assignments, ensuring adequate coverage for all client shifts and locations.
- Communicate assignment details, expectations, and any schedule changes with locum staff.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all locum staff have the necessary licenses, certifications, and credentials.
- Maintain accurate records of locum staff, including contracts, timesheets, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by locum staff or clients promptly and professionally.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assess and improve locum staffing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations related to locum staffing.
Requirements:
- Commercially astute and target-driven.
- Experience working with booking systems is an advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
