PharmaConex, Ireland’s leading and longest-established specialist Pharmacy Recruitment Agency, is expanding its team. We are seeking a Healthcare Locum Coordinator in Dublin to support our continued growth.

This is a hybrid, permanent role, with hours ranging from 24 to 30 per week. Flexibility for shift work, late nights, and weekends is essential.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Individual and Team Targets:

Meet monthly individual and locum team targets.
Notify management if targets may not be met and propose strategies to overcome shortfalls.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Maintain an up-to-date roster of locum pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare staff.
Coordinate and schedule locum staff assignments, ensuring adequate coverage for all client shifts and locations.
Communicate assignment details, expectations, and any schedule changes with locum staff.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all locum staff have the necessary licenses, certifications, and credentials.
Maintain accurate records of locum staff, including contracts, timesheets, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Address any issues or concerns raised by locum staff or clients promptly and professionally.

Continuous Improvement:

Assess and improve locum staffing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations related to locum staffing.

Requirements:

Commercially astute and target-driven.
Experience working with booking systems is an advantage.
Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
