We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy GP practice. This is a full-time position in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

Handling telephone queries efficiently and professionally

Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks

Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all patient interactions

Requirements:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office

Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude

Desirable:

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting

Familiarity with medical terminology and practice management software
